Jose Paz, LEED AP
Jose received his Bachelor’s in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. After his early career in transportation, municipal and housing projects spanning many sectors and clients, Jose naturally gravitated to education projects. Since then, he has been fully immersed in the program management of Pre K-12 learning spaces.
Providing innovative solutions to clients has kept Jose passionate about the industry for over 25 years. Jose’s work philosophy is rooted in relationships; throughout his career, he has become a trusted partner and advisor to many of his clients and colleagues to achieve their project goals. Jose has extensive experience in projects ranging from building envelope renovations to complex school construction projects. His most recent experience encompasses serving as Program Manager for the New York City School Construction Authority (NYCSCA) Capital Improvements Program (CIP) that included the renovation of over 250 public schools, and for the New York City Department of Education (NYCDOE) Division of School Facilities (DSF) Program that entailed the renovation of over 150 school projects.
In addition to mentoring and building high-performing teams at SYSTRA A+E, Jose is responsible for developing and leading a robust program management plan to provide clients with excellent service.
